Greek Gallery
The Grecian Gallery was added during the reconstruction of the palace in 1796-1797 to replace an open gallery. The interiors were done from Vincenzo Brenna’s drawings in the 1790s. The interest in antiquity was common in the late 18th century Europe. This explains the use of reliefs showing stories from classical antiquity in the interiors.
